Gael Thomson is raising money for YMCA of Snohomish County 2014 Annual Campaign - Mill Creek Family Branch

Please help me raise money for the Mill Creek Family YMCA Annual Support Campaign. 

A few programs that I am personally focused on are: LiveStrong at the YMCA - Cancer survivor program that provides support in mind, body and spirit;  ACT! - Actively Changing Together, designed to support families and youth struggling with obesity by combining nutrition education, parent support and fun group exercise.  Pedaling for Parkinson's - A cycling class based around symptom reduction (on average 35%) just by spinning at 80-90 RPM's.  

I personally see the transformation within these families, youth and adults dealing with these illnesses.  With your dollars we can continue to provide access, improve our programs and grow as the community requires.  Please join me!  


Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together. That's why, at the Y, strengthening community is our cause.

With a focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y works to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation's health and well-being, and give back and support our neighbors.

At the Y, no child, family, or adult is turned away. We recognize that for communities to succeed, everyone must be given the opportunity to be healthy, confident, connected, and secure.
