Help me raise money for the Monroe Family YMCA Annual Support Campaign.

The YMCA has been a HUGE part of our family for the last 5 years and a special place for me to volunteer for the Actively Changing Together program. Not only do families get to be active with a free membership they get important Nutrition education to help reduce Obesity. Besides the ACT program, the YMCA helps Seniors, teens, low income families and those with disabilities through the money raised during the Annual Support Campaign.

Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together. That's why, at the Y, strengthening community is our cause.

With a focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y works to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation's health and well-being, and give back and support our neighbors.

At the Y, no child, family, or adult is turned away. We recognize that for communities to succeed, everyone must be given the opportunity to be healthy, confident, connected, and secure.
