Please help me raise money for the Mill Creek Family YMCA Annual Support Campaign. I love the Y and I am helping raise funds for the Mill Creek branch so ALL of our neighbors who want to participate in its activities and programs have the opportunity.

The Y is not just a gym, it's a community for my entire family. I'm there most days out of the week working out because staying fit and healthy makes me a better wife, mom, friend, etc. Beyond the physical challenge of the classes, I'm so grateful for the camaraderie and friendships that have come out of my involvement.

I also love the opportunities its provided for my kids: open gym and open swim for the big kids, excellent childcare employees who truly know and care about my kids, Kid's Night Out events, youth sports, mom and me classes, writing seminars...I could go on and on!

The Y has something for everyone - from babies to seniors. The programs are not 100 percent funded by membership dues, so that's why I am passionate about raising funds for this incredible organization. I want everyone to have a Y story like mine and experience health, community, and friendship.

With a focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y works to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation's health and well-being, and give back and support our neighbors.

At the Y, no child, family, or adult is turned away. We recognize that for communities to succeed, everyone must be given the opportunity to be healthy, confident, connected, and secure.
