I lived in the same small town for 20yrs, moved to Snohomish County in 2000. I am raising money for the Y because it truly is our home away from home. The Y has so much to offer and they can't do it without help.

We originally joined the Y so I could take a shower by myself. Over the course of the past couple of years we have been involved in numerous youth activities from swim lessons, tee ball, date night (that is a biggie). Not to mention The Puddle Run that recently took place on Superbowl Sunday to benefit Livestrong for cancer survivors or the Pedal a thon for Parkinsons patients. There are so many other programs that I have not been personally involved with that also greatly influence families and their quality of life. I know our life is richer and fuller because of the wonderful people we meet and the opportunity the Y has given us to give back.

Please help me, any amount is greatly appreciated.

Warmest wishes and thankyou, Breena

Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together. That's why, at the Y, strengthening community is our cause.

With a focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y works to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation's health and well-being, and give back and support our neighbors.

At the Y, no child, family, or adult is turned away. We recognize that for communities to succeed, everyone must be given the opportunity to be healthy, confident, connected, and secure.
