Please help me raise money for the Monroe Family YMCA Annual Support Campaign. I am raising money more specifically for the Monroe YMCA Youth Running Teams. We have two running programs for children ages 6-12. One is our Foot Patrol Program we run twice a year. This program the kids work their way up to running a 5k while learning about nutrition and sportsmanship. The other running program that was added last summer, is our New Summer Track Program. In this program we teach the kids the different track event and some field events. We rent the Monroe High School Stadium. We have one practice and one Meet per week. At the Meets the kids are awarded ribbons for the 1st 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each race or event. Both programs allow the children to gain self confidence and esteem by setting their own person goals and celebrating achievements, along with focusing on the YMCA Core Values of Honesty, Respect, Caring, and Responsibility. By raising enough funds we can offer these programs for a low cost and/or no cost at all.  Thank You All and ever little means So Much!!
