As many of you know, this organization is a part of my heart. Even the smallest donation can help someone change their entire life:

$12 helps a cancer patient do one LIVESTRONG session.

$5 helps one low income child take a swim lesson.

$17 helps one struggling teen go to the youth center for ONE ENTIRE YEAR.

$24 sponsors one military family for one month.

We are not just a gym. We are in the business of CHANGING LIVES and IMPROVING COMMUNITIES.

Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together. That's why, at the Y, strengthening community is our cause.

With a focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y works to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation's health and well-being, and give back and support our neighbors.

At the Y, no child, family, or adult is turned away. We recognize that for communities to succeed, everyone must be given the opportunity to be healthy, confident, connected, and secure.

"Rock on MFM!! So impressed by the community outreach at the Marysville Y and that they allow our teens to volunteer time for the community activities. Those volunteer hours teach our youth so much about the issues others deal with and helps them to look outside themselves."
