WHY INVEST IN THE Y?
At the Y, we believe that l
asting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health, and our neighbors. With your support and generosity, we can continue to address these and other pressing issues – and expand our work to reach more people.

Every gift makes a difference.  Everyone has a role to play.  Give today to be a leader in shaping the future of your community.

Gary Kreitel's Story
Please join me in the fundraising effort for this organization
There are many programs at the Y that Invest In Youth supports programs like ACT or Actively Changing Together, a program for Youth obesity prevention. Cancer Survivorship Program, through the LIVESTRONG program YMCA cancer survivors have found strength and comfort. Invest In Youth supports Aquatic Swim Lessons, through the YMCA children learn water safety education and healthy, fun, fitness activities. Youth Sports, children learn sports like soccer, T-ball, basketball, that teaches them to build relationships through team work. I work at the Everett YMCA of Snohomish County, my position is Youth Sports Coordinator, I coach children ages 3 thru 9. For many youth this is their first experience with a team sport, for some they would not be playing sports if it was not for the support from Invest In Youth. This is Bryan, he just turned 4, Bryan likes to come the Y and take swim classes, learns to play basketball and soccer, and enjoy summer camps. Bryan also attends day care at the Y, without support from Invest In Youth Bryan's mom would not be able to afford these activities for him.
